Thank you so much for recording this series. I realise, listening to this podcast, that I am a stoic - I just didn’t know it. Good straightforward practical advice about how to live a life. Common sense from a time near the very beginning of recorded ‘western’ thinking. Totally relevant to today’s world. Which, I think, just goes to show its inherent worth.
