Interesting, practical, but awful adverts

Really interesting show with a good aim at heart. The host presents well, and a nice structure with a mix of meditation, and breakdowns, which are shorter, and longer ones.

However the ads are a bit off - one pedalled a podcast spreading bizarre conspiracy theories (bases on the dark side of the moon), the other ad was a robotic voiced business solutions drone. I’d advise doing something to control what ads are attached to your show
